The Mom's are here. Three years ago, I was here ,then because I wanted to get away from the Florida heat,and my DiL's Mom came for a visit. So now, after all of these
years, we two mom's are here again, at the same time. Our compound just keeps getting more and more family. And who knows,maybe we can get our family to permanently grow by one more. We had our Sunday family
meal and I was completely disappointed by my menu. We agreed to just do coffee and a coffee cake. Two of our group was camping in Oregon and I was saving the bagels and lox for next week when everyone is here. I had my mouth set on an Entemenn's coffee cake.
Evidently, that brand hasn't traveled to the Northwest. I saw packaged Krispie Kreme donut holes . I haven't had a Krispie Kreme donut in years and I remembered that I really liked them. so I bought a box of them. They were nothing like I remembered and maybe
they don't age well. Next time we agree to have coffee and cake, I'm going for home made. I am putting donuts in my sons' lunch bag.. Someone will eat them.Maybe.
