My son and DiL ,it took both of them, disassembled my ebike and wrestled it into the bicycle box. All I did was stand in one place and take small parts that they took off of the bike and put the parts on a chair. And I got
a paper cut on the bicycle box. Since I was the only one not doing much, it seems incomprehensible that I would be the only one who had to stop for a band aid. Before we boxed the bike, I watched two videos about packing a bike for shipping. It didn't look
that hard . I think that we were in over kill with the bike. I don't think it was in so many pieces when it was originally unpacked. This bike is unassembled and packed in foam, bubble wrap and a packing
material I bought at the UPS store. I think the company will either be pleasantly surprised when they get the bike back, or scratch their head and say that we really didn't have to go through all of this to return the bike. I'll know when I get my credit on
my charge statement.
