Yard sale day! Also the day my son airs me out. That's how I think of this day. It really is special that he takes the morning to drive me to so many beautiful neighborhoods and yard sales. OK, so both of
us love dumpster diving and yard sales. I think for me , it goes back to my mother not letting me wear hand me downs. It's really all of her fault. Today was a winner. A barn sale. No holds barred. Everything
from a Harley Davidson to half empty containers of paint. I saw this wooden yard furniture out behind the barn. I asked how much and the lady said that it had been out there for so long that she wasn't even sure of the condition, but I could have it for free.
FREE. ! One piece was in the van before she could blink. And the second piece made the next trip. it did take two trips, but here they are. Just some work on the arm rest, a good scrubbing and we will find
just the right place for them. I am a happy yarder.
