My grandson gave me these nice linen bags to put the weekly challah in. The idea is that I put the freshly baked challah into the bag and then everyone is supposed to bring the bag back, so that I can do this again the following Friday. Some where along the way, the message got lost because no one returned the nice linen bags. It looked so cool having the three linen bags sitting on my counter, waiting for pick up. Some how, a plastic baggie
just doesn’t have the same vibe. Somewhere on my de cluttering rampage, I read that if you wash your dishes once a day, and you have a setting for 10, before you know it, you have 9 dishes piled up in the sink. It was suggested that if you only have
two settings out and the rest in storage , you use a dish and you wash that dish and your sink isn’t filled with used dishes. So I tried that with my silverware. I only kept two of everything and
put the rests away. It works. For me. I then did something else that I read. Put the covers on your plastic storage containers. Don’t keep the top separated from the bottom. i did that too. I only ended up with one extra top. And my cabinet looks so organized. That was a good tip. I don’t know what I will do when and if it stops raining. I
am running out of projects. I did bring an iron with me. Is that clutter or ......
