I have been in serious discussions with my internet, land line phone and TV carrier for two weeks. My previous carrier unlocked my phone number so that I could switch it to my new carrier. Actually, they are not my new carrier since I have been their customer for 14 years. It was my land line that I had switched because I thought it was over charging for just that one item.  They let me keep my original number. When I realized that I was having major problems with the new carrier, I made arrangements to go back to my old package. What a nightmare.My ear was pressed to the phone for 70 minutes at a time, several times. The outsourcing drives me crazy. If one more out sourced person starts each sentence to me” thank you mrs. Leona...” i will literally scream. Once a sentence is started the person on the other end doesn’t stop until they finish it, even if you are screaming,” stop,listen to what I am saying”.I suspect that there is a script and it had to be followed. Yesterday the service person who spent two hours with me attempting to get me my old number as promised, kept calling me” my dear”.  That began to annoy me, too. PS. I still don’t have a working land line.Just saying.Soon and in my life time, please.

Don't quite know how this got to me but it was on the top line of my computer (not in email) But I really enjoyed it. I truly admire you.
