On You Tube I found a video about " No Buy". The concept is to not buy anything that you don't need, but want. I think that is worth a try and I watched several different versions of it. Starting January 1, I am going to
do my own version of "No Buy". I waste a lot of food. A grocery store is no further than several blocks from where ever I am living. I don't have to plan menus for 6 any more and shop for a month. I will only buy what I need for a meal or two , at a time.
I don't like left overs, so making extra of a dish that I like , doesn't work for me. I will limit my trips to Good Will to once a month. I will try this for 3 months and see how it works. It could be a
fun project and a good discipline.If I do this, I may consider limiting my Amazon purchases. Maybe.Don't tell Jeff .
