Nov. 14

Still raining. Three people in the last two days have told me that November is the rain- est month for Washington. I can't argue that. Today, my DiL and I planted what seemed like hundreds of spring bulbs. They are early blooming bulbs and even if the flowers aren't there, there should be green stems and maybe buds. I have my working orders. I will clean up a pile of wood and various other things, too numerous to mention, put them into the trailer and sooner or later, it will take a trip to the dump. Then, I spread grass seed. It's just too bad that we don't know someone else who wants to use the yard for a wedding. After all,of this preparation, we should do it again.

Don't quite know how this got to me but it was on the top line of my computer (not in email) But I really enjoyed it. I truly admire you.

Everything sounds so wonderful Leona. Venice will seem boring . I would want to move to Portownsend where the kids are living. All sounds great . Is there?
