It was about something that the customer wanted to do , but the agent wasn't allowing it. The argument was getting louder and louder and finally the agent finished the yelling match by saying to the customer," you are a disappointment to your mother." I love
it. She didn't bring dishonor to his mother, but switched it around, to dishonor him. no more of "your mother is........ blankedy blank ", but "you
are a disappointment. " How can you come back after being put down like that. Everyone wants to make their momma proud, so if you didn't live up to momma's expectation, that was a low blow. I wonder if it will ever come up in a conversation when I can use
