I have a serious problem. My Grandson gave me a special cookbook .I have two books from this chef, but this book is one of only sweets. The pictures are wonderful. So my problem is which sweet will be the first one that I make before my Grandson leaves
to go back to his state. I am narrowing it down. I don't want rugalah because I know someone who makes absolutely the best rugalah. Then I don't want to make cookies. Just not for the first bake. That leaves a great looking apricot cheesecake ,or a cake that
looks as if it has a little of everything in or on it. That settles it..it's cheesecake. Now I can't wait to bake and eat. I have three people holding their forks.. waiting.
