I have to change my plans. I was going to live until I was 100, but I read in the NYT today that runners can add 3 years to their life span. So now I have to live until I am 103. I am not sure how I will fill those 3 extra years. But the NYT says that it didn't matter how far you ran, or how fast you ran, but running ,even inconsistently for several years gives you this 3 year edge. Since I ran far, but not fast, and for many years, I made the cut. That's good to know because even as much a I loved running, some days I questioned my sanity. Especially when it was so cold that I walked into the house with my eyelids frosted together. Now, running is a bitter sweet memory. I loved the people that I met, I did actually love the journey of running and I do miss it. You know how you play the game of making three wishes. I have not yet made my official three wishes. I have now decided that one of my three wishes would be that I could run again. Now I only have two wishes left. I have to think this through very carefully.

Everything sounds so wonderful Leona. Venice will seem boring . I would want to move to Portownsend where the kids are living. All sounds great . Is there?
