I haven't weighed myself in a long time, so I wasn't surprised when I involuntarily exclaimed. People lie, but scales don't, I guess. Fortunately, I know what to do. Eat less, exercise more. However,knowing and doing are two different things. Especially
when I have a fridge full of fudge for the Food Festival and two loaves of homemade bread from the Farmers Market calling me. I have two choices. Forget the scale or keep my mouth shut. I will compromise. A little less eating . After the Food Festival and
after I bring the fudge over for the bake sale. That's the plan.
