One of the reasons that I go to Friday night services is that I get the second wind for whatever will attack me in the week that follows. We had a Rabbi that asked everyone to take a deep breath just before services started. A Shabbat breath that would let out the tension that built up , just from every day living . The next inhale ,would remind me of where I was and that this was the time to just be. This past week was a fun filled week with a visiting Grandson, a cooking marathon and eating too much craziness. The weather was perfect. No one fell. No one needed a doctor's visit. I had time to knit and start a book that I am borrowing from my Grandson. But comes Friday, and even all of these good things had to be inhaled and released. I appreciate having had this time with said Grandson. I love to open my freezer and see little meatballs and little kreplah just waiting to remind me of a special time. I guess I'll eat them in a few weeks, but right now, looking at them is enough for me. I won't have any more family visitors until March. I wonder what they can cook?

Don't quite know how this got to me but it was on the top line of my computer (not in email) But I really enjoyed it. I truly admire you.

Everything sounds so wonderful Leona. Venice will seem boring . I would want to move to Portownsend where the kids are living. All sounds great . Is there?
