I had to do an "over ride" on Bob's prescriptions. I knew that we would need refills while we were in Israel. And the pharmacy said that our insurance wouldn't cover it without a vacation over ride. I put it off as long as I could, because I anticipated a hassle. When I made the call, I was connected to someone who spoke with an Indian accent. Already I was braced for a problem. But the problem didn't happen. I did have to hold while the drugs were looked up and technicalities like ,is he going out of the country, were asked. Surprise, everything went smoothly. This was a perfect example of a preconceived bias. I should be ashamed of myself and I do feel obligated to repent for this. I have had so many bad experiences with outsourced help lines that I had braced myself for it happening again. I apologize publicly for hearing that accent and assuming that I would have a problem. Me of all people.

Don't quite know how this got to me but it was on the top line of my computer (not in email) But I really enjoyed it. I truly admire you.

Everything sounds so wonderful Leona. Venice will seem boring . I would want to move to Portownsend where the kids are living. All sounds great . Is there?
