Will the temperature ever go below 90 here in Venice. Are there signs of fall anywhere around. Maybe the Halloween decorations are what is a sign of fall down here. I have oranges ripening on the tree outside of our condo and every morning when walking Cricket, I pick up lemons that have fallen from a nearby tree. These must be our signs of fall. When we first moved here, I did miss the changing colors, but I don't anymore. What I still do miss, and especially this year, is a crisp, fall day. When that happens here, I'll probably complain that it's cold. I am ready for a cool, fall day. The weather people on TV must feel like they are living the "Ground Hog Day" movie. The weather is pretty predictable. Moisture moving in from the water and pow, it is a shower. Happens every day. Only thing is, it isn't any cooler afterwards. Oh well, stop complaining. It could be snow.

Don't quite know how this got to me but it was on the top line of my computer (not in email) But I really enjoyed it. I truly admire you.

Everything sounds so wonderful Leona. Venice will seem boring . I would want to move to Portownsend where the kids are living. All sounds great . Is there?
