Guess what I just got to play with. A blue cello !! My violin teacher lent me a vibrant blue cello. If it isn't easy being green, as an old song goes, it has to be hard being a blue cello. Can anyone take you seriously. Blue. Huge. Cello. I love it. I am looking on line for free instruction and music for it. I run the bow over the strings and I absolutely love the sound, especially from the "C" string. At least I think I remember that it is a "C .It's that low,low sound that I hear in my gut. It is such a soothing, mellow sound. The violin is like lightening, the cello, more like thunder. I had some friend over in the evening and everyone wanted to play with the cello. Everyone likes those low, rumbling sounds. It differently has a presence in our condo. It is so big that I actually may have to rent an apartment for it. It would be hard to misplace. First I put it in our bedroom. But Cricket was suspicious of it. Then I moved it to the living room. It seemed uncomfortable there. Now I have it sleeping on 3 pillows in our guest room. This is not an instrument that you can overlook in a room. If anyone who knows me,lives nearby, and use to play the cello...please drop in and play with my new blue friend. And lend me some music.

Everything sounds so wonderful Leona. Venice will seem boring . I would want to move to Portownsend where the kids are living. All sounds great . Is there?
