I happen to be part of a community like no other. Where else can you find such caring , such willingness to be the go to person, to cook for anyone who is healing, to just be good people. I did not grow up in this kind of a community. I did not have this kind of community when the kids were growing up. How did I get so lucky, this time around. Did I have anything to do with this, or, did I just happen to strike it lucky. I think that I was lucky and having these role models let me know how to reciprocate. Maybe I was molded, unconsciously. Not a bad thing. I think I know about 80 or so people in my community. I can't think of one who would not help me, if I needed something. Where else can you find that. I just want all 80 of those people, if they they read this or not, to know that I appreciate that and I will pass it forward .

I have to travel, to be a part of the community -- I am happy to do so. I'm lucky to be a part of it all.

The best part is that we all realize & treasure it. It's a rare thing & we're truly blessed to have the group we do. We'll pay it forward to the next generation

We are all so fortunate to belong to such a caring and thoughtful community. Aren't we the lucky ones!

Everything sounds so wonderful Leona. Venice will seem boring . I would want to move to Portownsend where the kids are living. All sounds great . Is there?
