I flunked clutter. I did try. Really, I did try for a few weeks. In fact, I gave away cook books that I now have "giver away remorse " over. I am slowly buying them back. Used from Amazon. I am hoping that the books have food stains on the pages to
show that the books were used. I'd be comfortable with that. I read in the declutter book that my daughter sent me , that I should not fold my T shirts, but I should roll them and stand them upright , on end, in the drawer. Supposedly, you can fit more T's
in the drawer this way. Not true. Maybe I don't know how to roll . When I go to wear one, it is too wrinkled to wear. Then I have to iron it. My life can be decluttered, but my ironing basket is getting fuller. I did clean out a lot of clothes and I am happy
about this. As is Good Will. Maybe there is some redemption to this decluttering plan. My closet is still color coded,so maybe I did learn more than I think from this book. Now to get to the shoes that are cluttering up the floor of the closet. I don't think
there was a section on shoes in the book. I'll start by matching the left shoe to the right shoe. That should do it.
