actually having changes when an old habit is replaced by a new one. Who knew that the choices I make during the day are not decisions, but from habit. I think that I am about to change old habits for new ones. Along the way, I should be learning how large
companies remake themselves for success,Then, if I stick with this book, I will learn about the habits of societies. This could be life changing. I will not read the last chapter first, as my habit has been. I want to be surprised by my new understanding of
how habits can be changed if I figure out how they work. If I get up and start running again, I'll know that something happened between page one and the last page. It could happen.
